WinRupees Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and WinRupees ("we", "us", "the platform") regarding your access to and use of the WinRupees website, mobile application, and all associated services including sports betting, casino, bingo, virtual sports, and any promotional offers.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or launching any game on WinRupees, you agree unconditionally to these Terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement by reference.

If there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms will apply for that promotion only. For everything else, these Terms take precedence.

WinRupees reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use WinRupees, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WinRupees is strictly an adult platform and takes underage access prevention seriously. We may request identity verification at any time to confirm your age.
• You must be accessing WinRupees as an individual, on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from WinRupees or had your account closed by WinRupees for a breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

WinRupees does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside of the territories we serve. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your use of WinRupees complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your location.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on WinRupees. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using a different email address or phone number — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WinRupees login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact WinRupees support immediately.

WinRupees reserves the right to perform identity verification (KYC) checks at any point during the lifetime of your account. This may involve requesting copies of identity documents such as your CNIC, proof of address, or payment method details. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

WinRupees may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other circumstances that in our reasonable opinion justify such action.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on WinRupees are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency transactions and no conversion charges. WinRupees currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Deposits are credited to your WinRupees PKR balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. WinRupees does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are processed once your account has been verified. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 30 to 60 minutes. Raast and bank transfers typically arrive within one business day. Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.

WinRupees reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are outstanding verification requirements, if the withdrawal request is subject to active bonus wagering requirements, or if there are reasonable grounds to investigate the transaction for security purposes.

Funds deposited to WinRupees are held for the purposes of betting and gaming on the platform. WinRupees does not pay interest on account balances. If your account remains inactive for an extended period, WinRupees may apply an inactivity policy as described in your account settings.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on WinRupees are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that sport and market type. By confirming a bet on the platform, you accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds on WinRupees are displayed in decimal format.

WinRupees reserves the right to void any bet, or series of bets, where there is evidence of:

• A technical or pricing error that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of corruption in the relevant sporting event
• Insider information being used to place a bet
• Coordinated or syndicated betting activity intended to exploit a pricing discrepancy
• Any violation of these Terms by the account holder

Cricket markets on WinRupees — including PSL, T20 internationals, and domestic tournaments — are settled according to the official result as published by the relevant cricket board. If a match is abandoned or reduced by weather and a valid result has not been achieved under Duckworth-Lewis or equivalent rules, affected markets will typically be voided and stakes returned.

Football, Esports, and other sports markets are settled according to standard international settlement rules for each sport. Full market-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the WinRupees platform.

In-play bets placed after the relevant event or outcome has already occurred — due to a delay in the live data feed — will be voided. WinRupees takes reasonable steps to prevent this but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy in all circumstances.

WinRupees may impose maximum stake limits, maximum payout limits, or market-specific restrictions at its discretion without prior notice. These limits may vary by sport, market type, or individual account.

6. Casino & Games

WinRupees offers a game lobby that includes slot titles, live casino tables, bingo rooms, and virtual sports. All games available on WinRupees use verified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating physical equipment such as roulette wheels and card shoes.

Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be altered after a round has completed. Any game result displayed on your screen is final once the round has settled, subject to the following exceptions:

• A verified technical fault caused the game to malfunction during a round
• A clear software error produced an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions

In the event of a game disconnection during a round, WinRupees will endeavour to complete the round and settle the bet based on the outcome that occurred. If the outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned. WinRupees is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your side.

Bingo games on WinRupees run on fixed schedules. Tickets must be purchased before the game begins. Once a bingo game has started, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Prize amounts are determined by the game rules displayed within each bingo room.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before placing any bet.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

WinRupees may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all WinRupees bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in cancellation of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds when both are present in your account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• WinRupees reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or any breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses credited in error — whether due to a technical fault or otherwise — are not valid and will be removed from your account. Any winnings derived from an erroneously credited bonus may also be voided.

WinRupees may change, pause, or discontinue any bonus programme at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses already credited to player accounts will be honoured subject to the terms under which they were issued, unless there is evidence of abuse or fraud.

8. Responsible Gaming

WinRupees is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting and gaming environment. Betting and playing games should always be a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or recover financial losses. If at any point your betting or gaming stops feeling like entertainment, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.

WinRupees provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss limits — Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period across sports betting, casino, and bingo.
• Session time reminders — Receive notifications when you have been active for a set duration.
• Cooling-off periods — Take a break from the platform for a defined number of days.
• Self-exclusion — Exclude yourself from WinRupees for a chosen period or permanently. This option is available in your account settings and can also be applied immediately by contacting our support team.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on WinRupees. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on WinRupees
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using another person's payment method or identity to deposit or withdraw
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to launder money or use WinRupees to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or insider betting
• Using VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing WinRupees staff or other users

WinRupees uses automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged during a review, we may temporarily restrict access pending investigation. We will communicate with you through the contact details on your account during any such review.

10. Privacy & Data

WinRupees collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by WinRupees is used for the following primary purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age during registration and throughout the account lifecycle
• Processing deposits and withdrawals in PKR via your chosen payment method
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations
• Providing customer support and responding to account queries
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them
• Monitoring platform usage to detect fraud, prohibited conduct, and responsible gaming concerns

11. Limitation of Liability

WinRupees provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond our control may affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinRupees shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from platform unavailability or service disruption
• Loss of data or account information arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or your bank
• Technical errors in live data feeds that affect in-play bet settlement, provided WinRupees takes reasonable corrective action
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of WinRupees

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where WinRupees is found to be liable for a direct loss caused by our own negligence, liability is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

WinRupees may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our platform, services, or applicable standards. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the email address registered on your account.

Your continued use of WinRupees after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining PKR balance from your account before the updated Terms take effect.
